Captain General and Governor in Chief of the island of Jamaica. With well preserved Royal Seal. Another copy of P60/12 “The Pretenders visit to Macclesfield 1745.” Account of John Chew and Son, 12 Lord Street, Liverpool, Upholstery and Cabinet Makers to Edward Thornycroft esq. 2 Accounts of Joseph Lancaster [blacksmith] to Edward Thornycroft Esq. of Henbury. Both accounts are for the whole year’s work and are very detailed. One is for shoeing the horses and farming work, and the other is for iron work and goods to the Hall, etc. not in the farming line.
