  • (1) Robert McMurdo of Whittern House, Herefordshire, esq. and Sarah Ann his wife. (2) Rt. Hon. Sir Harford Jones Brydges of Boultibrook, Radnorshire, bart. (3) James Hodgson of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, gent. (4) Charles Meredith of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, gent and Jonathan Green of Kington, gent. Henry Robert Whitcombe (deceased), the father of Sarah Ann McMurdo, had, during his lifetime, run up several debts that were to be paid out of his property after the death of his mother Dame Sarah Jones Brydges, formerly Whitcombe. Dame Sarah has since deceased and the debts are in the process of being settled. (2) is acting as trustee for the repayment. Now (3) is in the process of purchasing part of the inherited estate from (1) and is concerned that the said debts may compromise his right title to the estate. This document is to transfer the trusteeship from (2) to (4) to oversee the interests of all parties. LC Deed 7334.
