Property: All that messuage known as the Maidenhead Inn, together with its dwelling house, stables and granaries adjoining, and the Coachhouse, stables, granaries and yards opposite the Inn.
Conveyance of the property from (1) to (3) by way of a mortgage, with (2) as trustee. A further stipulation agreed to by all parties, is that (1) shall insure the property against fire in the amount of £800 or upwards. (1) will pay for the insurance, but the policy to be in the name of (3). Includes the current Certificate of Insurance with the Hope Assurance Company, London. This policy was for £400 and taken out by William Cox, who has endorsed the certificate, transferring the policy to Thomas Weare.
