Property: Messuage with stable and garden adjoining, in the parish of All Saints within the city walls near Eign Gate, in a street called Gilfords Street. The property is situated between the land and house of Joane Scull, widow, on the east side; the little narrow lane adjoining the town wall of the city on the west side; and extending in length from a back lane called Wroughtall Lane southward to Gilfords Street northward.
Conveyance of the property from (1) to (2) to secure a mortgage. Repayment by way of 5 instalments at 6-monthly intervals of £1.4s and a final instalment of £41.4s on 25 Jan 1681.
