After being declared a bankrupt, all the estate of (3) was put up for auction in Kington. (4) was the highest bidder for this part of the estate, and this Indenture is the conveyance of the property to him. The purchase money is to go to (1), under the direction of (2) as part payment for the mortgages held by (1) of (3).
