Consideration: A marriage to take place between John James and Anne, only daughter of John Price.
Property: Capital messuage called Morecot: Capital messuage called Trippleton, in Leintwardine: a messuage at Yatton: a messuage at Noke.
(1) will convey to (2) a life interest in the following properties, the capital messuage called Morecot, with all the houses and lands attached in the parishes of Pembridge, Lyonshall and Almeley: Messuage called Trippleton. After the deaths of (2) the properties will go to any children of the couple. (3) will pay £500 to (1) within one month after the marriage. (3) will also arrange that his lands, together with the Trippleton estate shall provide an annuity of £300 to (1). (3) will also pay to (2) the sum of £1,000 within two months of the marriage, and a further sum of £500 within three months.
