Lot 1 consists of Freehold Meadow, called Marshfield. Commuted Rectorial Tithe is 12s. 0d. The Commuted Vicarial Tithe is 5s. 6d. The Land Tax is 3s. 0d. The land is bounded by lands belonging to Mr. E. Day, Mr. Swanton, Mr. S. Price and the Hereford and Tredegar Brewery Company.
Lot 2 consists of Freehold Meadow Land. For £9 0s. 0d. annually, Middle Marsh and Upper Marsh Meadow. For £58 0s. 0d. annually, Middle Marsh with Road, Road, Old Lands and Bottom of the Marsh.
