Lot 2 consists of 5 cottages and their gardens, including Nos. 102, 104, 106, 108 and 110 Bridge Street, Leominster, together with four enclosures of valuable meadow and pasture land, known as The Maries. The Maries are bounded by the main road on the west. The estimated rental value is £45 per annum.
Lot 3 consists of Vine Cottage, with meadow and garden. At the time of the auction, the yearly renta is £24.
Lot 4 consists of brick-built and slate-covered business premises, at No. 6 South Street, Leominster, containing malt kilns, a sweating floor, a steeping cistern, drying floors and offices, offered at £25 per annum.
