  • ┆Sales particular for 'The Marsh Court' in the borough of Leominster for sale by auction, by Alfred & Dearman Edwards. Lots 1 and 2 are to be offered together at first, and will be sold separately otherwise. Lot 1 auctioned is 'Marsh court', consisting of 9 different parts to auction, including a dwelling house, lawn and gardens, Bargate's Meadow, Alverie's Meadow, Coachman's Cottage and garden and buildings and fold. The estimated rentable value is £100 per annum. Lot 2 consists of 5 cottages and their gardens, including Nos. 102, 104, 106, 108 and 110 Bridge Street, Leominster, together with four enclosures of valuable meadow and pasture land, known as The Maries. The Maries are bounded by the main road on the west. The estimated rental value is £45 per annum. Lot 3 consists of Vine Cottage, with meadow and garden. At the time of the auction, the yearly renta is £24. Lot 4 consists of brick-built and slate-covered business premises, at No. 6 South Street, Leominster, containing malt kilns, a sweating floor, a steeping cistern, drying floors and offices, offered at £25 per annum. The map included shows a plan of the Marsh Court Estate 1, 2 and 3.
