This collection consists of minutes of council meetings and accounts of the council. It also includes records relating to planning applications made in the parish, historic buildings in the parish, various sites the parish council had responsibility for and projects the parish council was involved in. The covering dates for the collection are 1952 to 1998. The minutes follow on from records held in collections W87 and AL71 and precede further minutes held in collection CK22 and CF32. The documents were grouped together in folders according to the project or issue which they referred to. These folders are listed under the headings below. There are documents on the same issues in other collections deposited with the record office by Madley Parish Council and where this is the case, the reference numbers to the collections these documents can be found in are given under the relevant headings.
