  • (1) Frances Hooper of Llandilo, co. Carmarthen, gent. (eldest son & heir of Richard Hooper late of the town of Kington deceased, one of the trustees of John Makepeace, who survived John Jones his co-trustee, also deceased). (2) Sarah Lorymer of the City of Worcester, widow, only daughter and devisee of the late John Makepeace, and John Powell Lorymer of Perthyre, Monmouth esq. eldest son and heir of the said Sarah Lorymer. (3) Samuel Johnson, gent and John Powell gent, both of the City of Hereford. Consideration: £900. Property: A messuage in Tupsley, formerly in the possession of James Barnes, father of Mary Barnes and now of John Makepeace together with 3a. in Hales field, 4a. in Tupsley’s field, another 5a. in Hales field and 3a. in Pryory field. The freehold property was inherited by (2) who has agreed to sell it to (3). (1) acts as trustee for (2).
