  • 1. John Caldecott of Hereford, gent, only son and heir apparent of Henry Caldecott, late of Holmer, gent, deceased. 2. John Lacock of All Saints, Hereford, baker, and Sarah his wife. 3. William Parry of St. Martins, Hereford, corvisor Consideration: £190 paid by (2) to (1) and 5/- paid by (3) to (1). Dwelling house where Roger Watkins, baker, once lived but now inhabited by (2) and lying in Eign Street with a house in possession of Richard Bethell, baker, on the west, a house of Walter - on the east and extending from Eign Street on the north to a backlane or street called Wroughter Lane on the south; also, a seat or pew in the parish church of All Saints. To hold to (3) to the use of (2) for life, then to the use of his wife and then to his heirs and assigns.
