The Ten Acres called Ask (11a. 2r. 34p.) The deed recites several leases and contracts and a Chancery Court decree over a mortgage on the whole estate (not described in this document). The estate is owned by (1) but mortgaged by a lease of 500 years to (3) who has agreed to the sale in fee simple of four parcels of land within the estate to (2) in trust for (4).
